Samvad: An experience sharing meet for people living with HIV/AIDS (PLHA’s)

• CSI organized “Samvad” –a PLHA meet –on 22nd Dec’2009. The meeting was attended by about 75 PLHA’s associated with the NGO. It was really heartening to see clients as old as 6-7 yrs, happily sharing the secret of their good health and life.
  
  The PLHAs participated in extempore, slogan writing competition and a couple’s quiz. All the activities required them to share their knowledge and experience on self care issues like ART adherence, nutrition for PLHAs, planning a pregnancy of an HIV positive woman or marriage in sero discordant partners.
