Meri Awaaz Suno

• On 15th Dec’09, the team from CSI’s trucker’s project and the Sex worker’s intervention participated in the day long event ---“Meri Awaaz Suno”--- organized by Center for Human Progress. The event aimed to encourage community leadership for change through knowledge exchange using traditional and new media, technology, art, music & theatre.
• The CSI team presented a street play and displayed innovative health games and the technique of interpersonal communication used by its peers during community outreach.

World AIDS Day celebrations

• On 1st Dec’09, Child Survival India team participated in the Flag off function of Red Ribbon Express from the Safdarjung Railway station . The red ribbon express was flagged off by UPA chairperson Smt Sonia Gandhi along with the Delhi Chief Minister Smt Shiela Dikshit.
• CSI team put up a stall and conducted health games for the community.
